Identify the product first.
Record the current manufacturer, part reference, equipment model and application. If the code is unreadable, note diameters, length, connection and seal dimensions. Label and installation photos can help the technical review.
Clarify quantity and preference.
Specify a quantity for each reference. State whether you need the original, a technically suitable alternative or an economical option. Seeking an alternative does not change mandatory equipment requirements.
Add delivery requirements.
Include the destination country and city, required date and company contact details. Lead time, stock availability and shipping scope should be confirmed with the quotation.
